AHEC Scholars
The Na Lei Wili Area Health Education Center (AHEC) Scholars Program is a nationally recognized, interdisciplinary training program designed to prepare health profession students for careers in rural and underserved communities.
Focused on developing the next generation of healthcare leaders, the program equips participants with the skills, experiences, and cultural understanding needed to provide high-quality, community-centered care across Hawaiʻi.

Program Overview
The AHEC Scholars Program is a two-year experience that combines:
